【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsandprotectivemeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,constructionandsupply(includinginformationwhichmustbeprovidedforinstallationanddismantling,witharrangementsfortransportandmaintenance)oftransferandspecialpurposemachines(see3.1).Thesemachinesaredesignedtoprocessonlyapre-specifiedmetaloranalogousmaterialworkpiece,orlimitedfamilyofsimilarworkpiecesbymeansofapredeterminedsequenceofmachiningoperationsandprocessparameters.1.2Thisstandardtakesaccountofintendeduse,includingreasonablyforeseeablemisuse,maintenance,cleaning,andsettingoperations.Itspecifiesaccessarrangementstomachiningpositionsandmanualload/unloadstations(see3.4).Itpresumesaccesstothemachinefromalldirections.Itdescribesmeanstoreduceriskstooperatorsandotherexposedpersons.1.3Thisstandardalsoappliestotransportdevicesforworkpieceload/unloadwhentheyformanintegralpartofthemachine.1.4Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardsrelevanttotransferandspecialpurposemachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thesafetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasurestopreventorminimisethosehazardsidentifiedinTable1andproceduresforverificationoftheserequirementsormeasuresarefoundinclause5.Safetyrequirementsand/ormeasuresarenotspecifiedfor:FireandExplosion1.5Wheremachinesemployprocesseswhicharecoveredbyotherstandards(e.g.grinding,turning,forming,EDM,laserprocessing),therequirementsofthosestandardsshouldbeapplied(seeBibliography).1.6ThisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
